Vinyl Frame: The Vinyl frame on all windows and doors are covered against change of shape, change of color, corrosion, crack and / or peel.

Mechanical Parts: All mechanical pieces including locks are 100% covered against any manufacturing defects.

Insulated Glass: The glass is covered against defects resulting from moisture built up in between the two panes or any other defects such as tint or Low-E.

Glass Breakage: Some window series are covered against accidental glass breakage (Please ask your representative for details). In the event of accidental glass breakage service the home owner is responsible for labor and parts.

Labor: All labor necessary to correct any item covered by this warranty will be provided at no charge to the home owner. This includes any installation defects.

Transferable Warranty: this warranty may be transferred one time only, provided the transferee notifies us within 30 days of the property’s transfer date.

Acts of God (earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, flood, etc.), acts of war, riots, fire, stress resulting from localized heat, modifications, and vandalism are not covered by this warranty.

Color variance may occur between replacement parts and weathered original material.

Labor warranty is not transferable.

This warranty will become void if any modifications are made to the products installed by us. This includes drilling, painting and or any unauthorized changes made to the vinyl products.

Fiberglass and steel entry doors have a 5 year warranty.
